SF Retail Consultancy Ltd was launched in 2014, by Sue Franks, to work with retail locations or retail brands to build successful concession strategies. 

Using a wealth of experience, SFRC are experts in concession portfolio development and with our vast network of venues, national network of brands! We can introduce retail brands to the right retail venue.

Sue started her career with TUI Group (formerly Thomson Holidays), then moved into the concession business in 2005 joining Coventry Airport management team.  In 2008 Sue joined Wyevale Garden Centres looking after their existing tenant portfolio and finding new retail partners and was headed hunted from there by specialist concession company First Franchise in 2010.

With over 12 years of concession experience, Sue has a wealth of experience in developing different concession models and brands.  Sue initiated the unmanned concession model within the garden centre sector and installed over 80 unmanned concession in a 4-week timeline.

By analysing existing sales per square foot, we look at utilising under-performing space, both internally and externally, to bring in concession brands to drive additional footfall into the business.

Placement of the right concession partners has transformed garden centres, mill outlets and out of town locations.
